    <h3>Hourly Roles</h3>
    <p class="">If you’ve applied for one of our hourly roles, then the interview process will look as follows:</p>
    <ul>
        <li>A short interview with the hiring manager to get to know each other</li>
        <li>A short skills test, where you’ll be on the floor or in the kitchen</li>
        <li>If successful, you’ll receive a contract and a Right To Work Check electronically</li>
    </ul>

    <p class="">If you’ve applied for one of our management positions, then the interview process will look as follows</p>
    <ul>
        <li>A short interview with the hiring manager to get to know each other</li>

        <li>A 2nd interview with the Operations Manager or Regional Manager</li>
        <li>*In some cases a 30/60/90 day plan</li>
        <li>Finally, if successful, you’ll receive a contract and a Right To Work Check electronically</li>

        <summary>what are the average working hours?</summary>

          <li>  For our salaried managers the standard contract is 48 hours a week, with a 40 hour contract also available. </li>
<li>For our hourly team all our contracts are offered on a zero hours contract, you will be able to have a realistic conversation about hours during the interview.      </li>

        <summary>DOES Cosy Club EMPLOY UNDER 18 YEAR OLDS?</summary>

                <li>Yes is the short answer</li>
                <li>However whilst we do employ under 18s, due to the nature of our business there are some duties that under 18s are not able to perform. Therefore the best thing to do is speak to the manager before applying or during the interview process.
                </li>
            </ul>

        <summary>DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO WORK AT Cosy Club ?</summary>

                <li>Yes and No!</li>
                <li>If you are applying for one of our hourly positions e.g. Front of House Team Member or Kitchen
                    Assistant then you don’t need experience, you just need a passion for hospitality and a willingness
                    to learn. All training will be provided during your onboarding.
                </li>
                <li>However if you are applying for one of our management positions, then yes you will ideally have
                    experience in a similar position.
                </li>
            </ul>
