ELEVATE PROGRAMME

The purpose of the Elevate programmes is to grow our next generation of brilliant General Managers and Assistant General Managers from within.

  • 6-month structured development programme
  • 5 in-person training sessions away from your Cosy Club
  • Practical leadership and operational training

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

We have on offer a range of leadership development and training support depending on your role, and we aspire to provide our Operations team with at least 2 days of dedicated leadership development time every year.
